Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure smooth functioning
• Develop and implement strategic plans for center growth
• Coordinate with staff and faculty for operations and academics
• Handle reporting, MIS, and regular performance updates
• Ensure a high standard of service and engagement with stakeholders

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in management or relevant discipline
• 3+ years of experience in education/operations management
• Excellent leadership and coordination skills
• Strong analytical and reporting abilities
• Ability to work in dynamic, fast-paced environments
